As of October 7, 2010 a new ordinance goes into effect requiring
businesses offering child activities a specific business license called
Child Activities Facility (CAF) This new license category was created
for businesses that offer recreational, cognitive or educational activities
to children 17 and younger, such as play centers, dance schools and
more. Come and learn more about the license in detail, find out who
needs it, who doesn’t need it, what is required and how to apply.
