Bikram Yoga River North

Looking for a new way to help prevent injury and promote detoxification of your body? Our next Platinum Member of the week is Bikram Yoga River North and they may have your solution! Their brand new 6600 square foot hot yoga studio is located at 1 E. Erie, Suite 520 and offers Bikram Yoga classes 7-days a week.  Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 poses taught in a room heated to 105 - 110 degrees to encourage flexibility, prevent injury, and promote detoxification. In 90 minutes, you will work a minimum of 292 systems in your body while sweating out toxins that cause pain and illness. Classes are open to adults 18 and over and all fitness and experience levels are welcome. The Bikram Yoga River North studio provides locker rooms with shower stalls, lockers, and on-site yoga clothes, mats and beverages.
